Am I going to work with Berooz again? 100% YES. I chose him based on the reviews I read, and now I understand why everybody wrote great things about him. He definitely deserves the 5 stars. He is a professional and knows exactly what he is doing. He is honest and doesn't give you false hope just to keep you working with him. He is always available and on time. He listens to all your questions carefully and answers them patiently. It was my first experience buying a home in Canada and he made my job so easy and helped me from A-Z of the whole process. Maybe one of the best things about him: you never feel pressured to choose a place even if you have already visited many. You never feel he does things only for the money, he wants you to be happy and get what you want. He prioritizes your choices during the process (For example: Bank specialist, inspector, ...) but if you don't have anything in mind he is there to give you a good recommendation. I picked Behrooz to be my realtor as after my initial conversation with him was warm, welcoming and informative. He gave me a good outline of the level of service I should expect from him and he did not disappoint. After all was said and done, I was very, very happy knowing I made the right choice. As an investor from Edmonton he took to time to be extra helpful as we moved from one step to another. His experience laid out exactly what we needed for each step and he organized it in a very streamlined, efficient way. Best of all he worked within my schedule limitations so I did not have to take time off work which saved money. He helped us find a house that was a fixer up upper (my requirement) and was close to all the amenities so I can maximize my rental income. Not only did he find me a house he did it in a seemingly impossible time frame. I would definitely recommend Behrooz to a friend whether you’re from Montreal or Edmonton.
